Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 15 / 2010 Coll.

The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 17 (9) of Act No 458 / 2000 Coll., on business conditions and on the performance of government administration in the energy sector and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued Price Decision No 4 / 2009 of 3 November 2009 establishing aid for the production of electricity from renewable energy sources, the combined production of electricity and heat and secondary energy sources, and price Decision No 5 / 2009 of 23 November 2009 amending the Energy Regulatory Authority's price decision No 4 / 2009 of 3 November 2009 establishing aid for the production of electricity from renewable energy sources, the combined generation and heat and secondary energy sources.

Pursuant to Article 17 (7) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 4 / 2009 in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 6 November 2009 in the amount 9 and price decision No 5 / 2009 in the Energy Bulletin of 30 November 2009 in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 10. Those publication dates have given rise to price decisions. The above price decisions took effect on 1 January 2010.
