GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 30 May 2007
on the order of deduction from the service income of members of the Security Corps
The Government orders pursuant to § 130 (2) of Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service ratio of members of the Security Corps:
(1) The Security Corps shall first reduce the member of the staff from his or her duties
(a) advance on personal income tax (1);
(b) social security and national policy contribution (2) and general health insurance (3).
(2) The order of deduction of the amounts affected by the enforcement of a decision ordered by a court, administrative authority or body empowered by law is governed by specific legislation4).
(3) In the case of an advance payment for a service income which a member is obliged to repay because the conditions for granting the service income have not been met, in the case of an outstanding advance for travel compensation, in the case of a service income for a vacation to which he or she has not been entitled, and in the case of an amount by which a basic fare has been reduced as a result of the imposition of a disciplinary penalty, the order of reductions shall be governed by the date on which he or she began to make the deduction.
(4) In the case of deductions from professional income made following a request from a Member (5), the order of reductions shall be governed by the date on which the request was received by the Security Corps.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
