DECLARATION
of 22 June 2018
amending Decree No. 13 / 2005 Coll., on Secondary Education and Education in the Conservatory, as amended
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 23 (3), § 26 (4), § 31 (1) and § 71 of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-school, Basic, Secondary, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 383 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 49 / 2009 Coll.:
Decree No. 13 / 2005 Coll., on Secondary Education and Education in the Conservatory, as amended by Decree No. 374 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 400 / 2009 Coll. and Decree No. 197 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (7), the last sentence is replaced by "The group may be composed of pupils from several classes or years."
2. The following Section 2a to 2c is inserted after Section 2, including the headings and footnotes No 11:
General provisions on multidisciplinary classes
(1) A class in which pupils are trained in several fields of education (hereinafter referred to as the "multidisciplinary class") may be established only if:
(a) they are fields of education of the same category achieved by the education11), the same form and length of education and the same year;
(b) are fields of education providing secondary education with a graduate examination or certificate; and
(c) the number of pupils in each of these fields of education is lower than 17 in the school year.
(2) Where the multi-disciplinary class referred to in paragraph 1 cannot be established, it may be established from at least one of the fields of education satisfying the conditions set out in paragraph 1 (a) to (c) and from one of the fields of education satisfying the conditions set out in paragraph 1 (a) and (b).
Number of multidisciplinary classes
The multidisciplinary class may be composed of a maximum of:
(a) of the three fields of education for the fields of secondary education with a certificate; or
(b) of the two fields of education for the fields of secondary education with a graduate examination.
Specific rules for fields of education with a talent test
(1) For the field of education in which the framework training programme provides for a talent test as part of the admission procedure, a multidisciplinary class can be established only for pupils who are trained in the field of education with a talent test. The number of fields of education in the multidisciplinary class according to the first sentence is not limited.
(2) Paragraph 1 shall not apply to:
(a) a multidisciplinary class in which one of the classes of education in group 82 The arts and arts of the categories of education achieved H, L or M and the number of pupils in this field of education is less than 17 in a given year and form of education in a given school; and
b) multi-disciplinary classes for the fields of education Gymnasium and Gymnasium with sports preparation.
11) Government Regulation No. 211 / 2010 Coll., on the system of fields of education in basic, secondary and higher vocational education, as amended. '
3. in Article 10 (2), (5) and (6), the words "or training teacher" shall be deleted;
4. Paragraph 10 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) In the event of a breach of the obligations laid down in the school rules, the pupil may be ordered to:
(a) a class teacher warning,
(b) the reprimand of the class teacher; or
(c) the reprimand of the principal of the school. ';
Transitional provision
The multidisciplinary class set up for the school year 2017 / 2018 at the latest shall not be covered by Sections 2a to 2c of Decree No. 13 / 2005 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of the Decree; the number of fields of education in this class must not exceed the number achieved on the date of entry into force of this Decree.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 September 2018.
