GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 April 1993
amending and supplementing Regulation No. 254 / 1992 of the Government of the Czech Republic Coll., on the salary ratios of prosecutors, prosecutors and legal candidates for the prosecution, as amended by Regulation No 442 / 1992 of the Government of the Czech Republic Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 23 (1) (a) and (d) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call duty in the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies:
1. In Article 1, the words "legal candidates of the prosecution (" legal candidates ") 'are replaced by the words" legal candidates of the prosecution ("legal candidates"), including prosecutors, investigators and legal candidates who are officers in active service,'.
2. In paragraph 2, the word "twelve 'is replaced by" seven' in paragraph 2.

Salary fare
(1) The plaintiff and the investigator are responsible for the fee rate laid down for the grade and grade to which he is assigned,

(2) The legal candidate is entitled to a salary fare set for the first step of the eighth grade of CZK 6500 per month. Since the beginning of the seventh month of the practice, the legal candidate is entitled to pay a fee fixed for the second step of the eighth grade of CZK 7000 per month. A fee fixed for the second step of the eighth grade shall be charged to a legal candidate who shall prove the period of legal practice of at least one year. '
The salary referred to in this Regulation shall be paid for the first time in May 1993.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
