on the extension of the commitment of Appendix 3 to the Higher Level Collective Agreement
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll., and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that Appendix 3 to the Collective Agreement of the Higher Degree concluded on 15 December 2009 between the Department of the Construction of the Czech Republic, the Department of Workers' Union of Transport, the Road Economy and the Auto-Repair Act of the Czech Republic and the Association of Entrepreneurs in the Construction in the Czech Republic is binding from the first day of the month following the publication of this Communication, 23.9, 41, 42, 43, 43.
