DECLARATION
of 5 May 2003
amending Decree No 351 / 2001 Coll., determining the representative offices of the Czech Republic abroad to be delivered to Parliament's Chamber of Deputies and the representative offices of the Czech Republic to be sent for printing or reproduction by transmission technology, as amended by Decree No. 100 / 2002 Coll.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides pursuant to § 92 paragraph 3 of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on Elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and on the amendment and addition of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll.:
Decree No 351 / 2001 Coll., determining the representative offices of the Czech Republic abroad to be delivered to Parliament's Chamber of Deputies, and the representative offices of the Czech Republic abroad to which the ballots will be sent for printing or reproduction by transmission technology, as amended by Decree No. 100 / 2002 Coll., are hereby amended as follows:
1. Annex No 1 is amended as follows:
- under the heading "vv Abu Dhabi" the words "Sultanate Oman" shall be deleted,
- under the heading "vv Belgrade" the words "Federal Republic of Yugoslavia" shall be replaced by "Serbia and Montenegro,"
- under the heading "in Brussels" the words "Grand Duchy of Luxembourg" shall be deleted,
- under the heading "gk Hong Kong", the comma and the word "Taj-wan" shall be added after the word "Macao,"
- the following entry "vv Ljubljana" is inserted after the entry "vv Ljubljana" with the definition of the territorial district of the special constituency, which reads: "Grand Duchy of Luxembourg."
2. Annex No 2 is amended as follows:
- under the heading "vv Abidjan" the words "Central African Republic" shall be deleted,
- under the heading "vv Harare," the words "the Republic of Angola" and "the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe" shall be deleted,
- under the heading "vv Islamabad" the words "with the exception of the territories falling within the special constituency of Gk Karachi" shall be deleted,
- the entry for "gk Karachi," including the words "Province of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan: Sindh, Baluchistan" shall be deleted,
- under the heading "vv Kinshasa" the words "Central African Republic" shall be added,
- the following entry is inserted after the entry "vv Kuwait ':
- under the heading "vv Nairobi" the words "the Islamic Federal Republic of the Comoros" shall be replaced by "the Union of the Comoros,"
- under the heading "vv Beijing" the words "and with the exception of Taiwan" shall be inserted after the word "Hong Kong,"
- the words "Sultanate Oman" shall be added under the heading "vv Riyadh."
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
