DECLARATION
of 23 January 2024
amending Decree No. 2 / 2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Education Act for schools and educational establishments established by the Ministry of the Interior, as amended
The Ministry of the Interior provides, pursuant to Section 172 (5) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-School, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 342 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 242 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 82 / 2015 Coll. and Act No. 284 / 2020 Coll., ("the Act '):
Decree No. 2 / 2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Education Act, as amended by Decree No. 323 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 21 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 261 / 2013 Coll. and Decree No. 238 / 2017 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 11, including the title and footnote 22, reads as follows:
Admission procedure for secondary education
(K § 64 of the Act)
The provisions of the order on admission to secondary education and training in conservator22) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the details of the admission procedure for secondary education.

2. paragraphs 12 to 16a are deleted, including the headings and footnotes No 5b;
3. In Article 26a, the words under the heading "(K § 81 (11) of the Act) 'are replaced by" (K § 81 (12) of the Act'.
4. The heading of Section 27 reads:
"Admission to the first year of higher education '.
5. Paragraph 45 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The Annual Activity Report of the School always contains:
(a) basic information on the school;
(b) an overview of the fields of education taught by the school and recorded in the register of schools and school establishments;
(c) a framework description of school staff security;
(d) details of the admission procedure and subsequent admission to school;
(e) a brief evaluation of the achievement of the objectives of the school education programme;
(f) data on the results of pupil education according to the objectives set by the school education programmes and the results of the final examinations and discharge;
(g) data on prevention of social pathology, risk behaviour and provision of support for pupils and students with special educational needs, gifted, extremely gifted and entitled to provide language training;
(h) data on the continuing training of teaching staff and the professional development of non-teaching staff;
(i) the activity and presentation of the school in public;
(j) details of the results of the inspection activity;
(k) basic data on school management;
(l) data on school involvement in lifelong learning. "
6. In Section 48b, the words under the heading "(K § 175 (6) of the Act) 'are replaced by" (K § 175 (4) of the Act'.
7. Paragraph 49 shall be deleted, including the title.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on 1 February 2024.
