DECLARATION
of 6 January 2023
amending Decree No 77 / 2018 Coll., laying down the formalities and models of certain educational documents for accredited qualification courses, certified courses and specialisation training
The Ministry of Health shall determine, in accordance with Section 90 (2) (c) of Act No. 96 / 2004 Coll., the conditions for obtaining and recognising eligibility for the pursuit of non-medical health professions and for carrying out activities related to the provision of health care and amending certain related laws (Act on non-medical health professions), as amended by Act No. 201 / 2017 Coll. and Act No. 284 / 2018 Coll.:
Decree No. 77 / 2018 Coll., establishing the formalities and models of certain educational documents for accredited qualification courses, certified courses and specialisation training, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1, the following point (d) is inserted after point (c):
"(d) a certificate of professional competence for the pursuit of the profession of another professional worker;"
2. In Article 2, the following paragraph 5 is added:
"(5) The specific details of the certificate of professional competence acquired for the pursuit of the profession of another professional worker shall be:
(a) an indication of the period of completion of the accredited qualification course;
(b) the designation of the accredited qualification course;
(c) the number of the accreditation decisions,
(d) indication of the date of completion of the final examination;
(e) an indication of the profession of another professional;
(f) the stamp (1) of the accredited establishment; and
(g) the signature of the expert guarantor of the course and the chair of the examination committee. ';
3. In Article 4, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) A model certificate of professional competence for the occupation of another professional worker is given in Annex 4 to this Decree. ';
4. Annex 3, including the title, reads:
"Annex No 3 to Decree No 77 / 2018 Coll.
"
5. The following Annex 4 is added, including the title:
"Annex No 4 to Decree No 77 / 2018 Coll.
"
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2023.
