DECLARATION
of 16 January 2007
on the issue of commemorative silver CZK 200 for the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Brotherhood Unity
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll.:
§ 1
(1) On the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Czech Reformation Church of the Union of Brotherhood, commemorative silver two hundred crowns (hereinafter referred to as the "two hundred crowns") are issued. The picture of the two hundred crown is given in the annex to this decree.
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version intended for collector's purposes with a polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter referred to as the special version).
(3) Two hundred korona in normal and special design is rolled from an alloy containing 900 parts of silver and 100 parts of copper. The weight of two hundred crowns is 13 g, its diameter is 31 mm and its strength is 2,45 mm. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal version is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special version is smooth with the feature "CZECH NATIONAL BANKA * Ag 0.900 * 13 g *." In the case of an embossing of two hundred crowns in normal and special design, the tolerance shall be 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,15 mm in thickness. In mass, the tolerance shall be up to 0,26 g and in the silver content shall be up to 1%.
§ 2
(1) On the cheek of the 200 crown is a symbol of the Brotherhood Union, a lamb carrying a victorious standard that stands under the brotherly pine tree. At the left and upper edge of the two hundred crown, a copy of the State's name is "CZECH REPUBLIC." At the right edge of the two hundred crown, the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "200 CZK." The mark of the mint which struck the two hundred crown is placed at the bottom right edge of the two hundred crown behind the abbreviation of the money unit.
(2) On the back of the two hundred crown there is a chalice with the emblem of the Brotherhood, on which is a lamb bearing a winning standard and a copy of "VICIT AGNUS NOSTER • EUM SEQUAMUR •." At the left and upper edge of the two hundred crown is a copy of "ONE BROTHER" and at the right edge of the two hundred crown are the dates "1457 - 2007." The author of the design of the two hundred crown is the academic sculptor Zbyněch Fojt, whose initials, connected letters "FZ" are located at the bottom right edge of the two hundred crown.
§ 3
This Decree takes effect on 21 March 2007.
