COMMUNICATION
The Constitutional Court
On 18 December 2003, the Plenum of the Constitutional Court decided to reserve, pursuant to § 11 (2) (j) of Act No. 182 / 1993 Coll., on the Constitutional Court, as amended,
(a) disputes over the scope of the powers of state and local authorities under Article 87 (1) (k) of the Constitution of the Czech Republic;
(b) deciding on constitutional complaints against decisions of large chambers of the College of the Supreme Court;
(c) deciding on constitutional complaints against decisions of extended Chambers of the Supreme Administrative Court;
(d) ruling on constitutional complaints against decisions of the Special Chamber pursuant to Act No. 131 / 2002 Coll., on decisions of certain jurisdiction disputes,
(e) ruling on an appeal against a decision on the verification of the choice of a Member or Senator pursuant to Article 87 (1) (e) of the Constitution of the Czech Republic;
(f) deciding in doubt on the loss of selectivity and the incompatibility of the performance of the duties of a Member or Senator pursuant to Articles 25 and 87 (1) (f) of the Constitution of the Czech Republic.
According to the provisions of Paragraph 11 (2) (j) of the Law on the Constitutional Court, Plenum also reserves a decision to reject a motion for manifest unfounded.
The list of things attracted to the plenary is complete. The former decisions of the plenary of the Constitutional Court on the attractiveness of the chambers are hereby repealed.
