DECLARATION
Ministry of Health
of 22 December 2000
amending Decree No. 434 / 1992 Coll., on the Medical Rescue Service, as amended by Decree No. 51 / 1995 Coll. and Decree No. 175 / 1995 Coll.
The Ministry of Health pursuant to Section 18b of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the Care of People, as amended by Act No. 548 / 1991 Coll., provides:
Decree No. 434 / 1992 Coll., on the Medical Rescue Service, as amended by Decree No. 51 / 1995 Coll. and Decree No. 175 / 1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2, at the end of point (h), the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (i) is added:
"(i) interaction with the fire brigade of the regions and the operational and information centres of the integrated rescue system. 1)
1) Sections 5, 10 and 12 of Act No. 239 / 2000 Coll., on the Integrated Rescue System and on the amendment of certain laws. "
2. Article 3 (1) (a), including footnotes (1a) and (1b), shall read as follows:
"(a) zoning centres of emergency services located in Hradec Králové, Ústí nad Labem, Liberec, Plzeň, České Budějovice, Jihlava, Brno, Olomouc and Ostrava and zoning centres for the Central Bohemia Region, Karlovy Vary Region, Pardubice Region and Zlínský kra1a) at the locations of the fire department of the region, 1b) established by the Ministry of Health, and a zoning centre of emergency services located in Prague, established by the capital of Prague, (hereinafter referred to as the" territorial centres "),
1a) Constitutional Act No. 347 / 1997 Coll., on the creation of higher territorial units and amending the constitutional law of the Czech National Council No. 1 / 1993 Coll., Constitution of the Czech Republic.
1b) § 2 (2) of Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll., on the Fire Department of the Czech Republic. § 5 (1) of Act No. 239 / 2000 Coll. '
footnote 1 shall be renumbered footnote 1c, including the footnote reference.
3. In Article 3 (1) (b), the words "the capital of Prague a 'shall be inserted after the word" the exception'.
4. In Article 3 (2), the words "territorial centres and facilities' are replaced by the words" medical emergency services'.
5. In Article 4 (1), at the end of point (c), the text is replaced by a comma and the words "except for the territorial centre established in the Central Bohemian, Pardubice, Karlovy Vary and Zlín regions."
6. in Paragraph 4 (3), including footnote (1d):
"(3) Part of the zoning and district centre are the exit groups, technical section and crisis department ensuring coordination of the procedure with other components of the integrated rescue system. 1d)
1d) § 2 (a) and § 4 (4), (6) and (7) of Act No. 239 / 2000 Coll. '.
7. In Paragraph 5 (2), the comma shall be deleted at the end of point (d) and the following words shall be added: "and shall keep the prescribed documentation in accordance with Annex 2, ';
8. in Article 5 (3), "paragraphs 1 and 2 'are replaced by" paragraphs 1 and 2 (a) to (g)';
9. in Article 5, the following paragraph 4 is inserted after paragraph 3:
"(4) In addition to the tasks referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2, the Health Operations Centre of the District Centre shall inform without delay the relevant Health Operations Centre of the situation with a mass occurrence as referred to in Article 1 (2) in its catchment area. ';
Paragraph 4 shall become paragraph 5.
10. in Paragraph 6 (2), the words "in the Annex to Decree No 49 / 1993 Coll." shall be replaced by the words "in special legislation.2";
(11) footnote 2 shall read:
"2) Decree No. 49 / 1993 Coll., on technical and material requirements for medical equipment, as amended."
12. in Article 6 (4) (a), the word "medical" shall be inserted after the word "requirements."
13. in Article 6 (2) (b), the words "sick and injured" are replaced by the words "wounded, sick and parents."
14. in Article 6 (4) (c), after the words "pre-hospital phase" the comma is replaced by a dot and part of the sentence after comma is deleted;
Transitional provision
(1) Territorial centres in Central Bohemia, Pardubice, Karlovy Vary and Zlín will be established by 1 January 2003 at the latest.
(2) The scope of the Prague-based zoning centre established by the Ministry of Health under the existing legislation for the Central Bohemian Region has been exercised since the date of its demise by the Zoning Centre established in Prague, until the establishment of the Central Bohemian Region zoning centre pursuant to § 3 (1) (a).
(3) The exit groups, the technical section and the crisis department which are part of the Territorial and District Centre pursuant to Article 4 (3), unless they are established in accordance with the provisions in force at the latest by 1 July 2001.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
