laying down the conditions for authorising the municipal authorities to verify the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and to verify the authenticity of the signature
According to § 1 (2) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 41 / 1993 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of copies or copies with the instrument and on the verification of authenticity of the signature by the municipal authorities and on the issuing of certificates by the authorities of municipalities and district offices:
The conditions under which the municipal authorities, the capital city of Prague and the territorial subdivided statutory cities of the municipalities of those cities (hereinafter referred to as the "district office") may entrust the municipal authority, the municipal authority, the local authority in the capital of Prague, and the local authority in the territorial subdivided statutory cities of the urban district or the authority of the municipality which does not hold a registry (hereinafter referred to as the "municipal office"), the verification of the conformity of the copy or the copy with the instrument (hereinafter referred to as "the" vision ") and the authenticity of the signature (hereinafter referred to as" legalisation ") shall be as follows:
the district office shall verify that:
(a) the person to carry out the vision and legalizaci1) knows the Act of the Czech National Council No. 367 / 1990 Coll., on Municipality (municipal establishment), as amended (full version No. 410 / 1992 Coll.), the Act of the Czech National Council No. 41 / 1993 Coll., § 2, § 52 to 61 and § 72 to 74 of the Czech National Council Act No. 358 / 1992 Coll., on notaries and their activities (notarial order), and the Act of the Czech National Council No. 368 / 1992 Coll., on administrative fees,
(b) material technical preconditions are established for proper vision and legalisation of the appropriate official room; the mandate shall be granted on condition that a verification book, a stamp bearing a visual and legalisation clause and a pre-print of accounting, cash or other documents proving the accuracy of the collection of administrative fees are made available to the municipal office.
A verification of the knowledge of the regulations referred to in Article 1 (a) shall be carried out by the district office by interview.
This Decree shall take effect on 15 May 1993.
