THE LAW
of 25 March 2020
on certain adjustments to the sales records in connection with the declaration of emergency
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
(1) The registration of sales is not required to fulfil obligations under the law governing the registration of sales, except for the obligation to treat the authentication data, the certificate for the registration of sales and the block of receipts in such a way as to prevent their misuse, until 30 June 2022.
(2) The registration of sales is not required under the law governing the registration of sales by 31 December 2022.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
