GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 29 March 2017
laying down the spa place Lednice and the status of the spa place Lednice
The government orders pursuant to § 28 (2) of Act No. 164 / 2001 Coll., on Natural Medical Resources, Natural Mineral Water Resources, Natural Spa and Spa Places and on the amendment of certain related laws (Spa Act):
Subject matter
This Regulation provides for the spa place Refrigerator and the status of the spa place Refrigerator.
Spa place
(1) The spa place of Refrigerator is hereby established.
(2) The territory of the spa site consists of the cadastral territory of Lednice in Moravia.
(3) The territory of the spa site under the cover of the basic map of the Czech Republic, on the scale of 1: 50 000, with the distinction between the inner and outer territory of the spa site, is graphically indicated in Annex 1 to this Regulation.
(4) The internal territory of the spa site is graphically marked on the basis of the cadastral map of the Czech Republic in Annex 2 and defined in Annex 3 to this Regulation. The outside of the spa area includes the rest of the spa area. The spa colonnad1) and the public spaces related thereto are graphically marked in Annex 4 and defined in Annex 5 to this Regulation on the basis of the cadastral map of the Czech Republic.
Spa site status
(1) The spa area is prohibited
(a) construction of structures, facilities and facilities which could adversely affect the provision of spa rehabilitation care in the internal territory of the spa site by physical, chemical or biological damage or influences; and
(b) the construction of structures and equipment and the implementation of changes to structures and equipment which could cause the transit or accumulation of vehicles in the internal territory of the spa site to a greater extent than is necessary for the transport operation of the inner territory of the spa site.
(2) The internal territory of the spa is prohibited
(a) construction and changes of buildings, changes in the purpose of the use of areas or parts thereof not related to the purpose of the spa, the corresponding spa and civic facilities and transport and technical infrastructure, or not related to the protection of the green area;
(b) construction of structures which would not comply with local urban, architectural, cultural and civilisation values;
(c) the construction and establishment of individual and ordinary garages which are not intended to provide services and activities related to the provision of spa rehabilitation care;
(d) construction of housing and recreational buildings which are not intended to provide services and activities related to the provision of spa rehabilitation care;
(e) construction of agricultural production facilities;
(f) the construction of production facilities and the operation of services which could have disruptive effects on the treatment regime in the natural health spa;
(g) construction of warehouses, wholesalers, building yards and equipment for the maintenance of technical equipment and infrastructure;
(h) construction of waste management facilities; and
(i) construction of motorways and roads of Class I and Class II.
(3) In the internal territory of the spa site, the construction of entertainment facilities and mass garages is prohibited unless it is related to the purposes of spa rehabilitation care and their construction is not contrary to the interests of the protection of the regime of the provision of spa rehabilitation care and preservation, or the creation of a spa environment.
(1) In the spa colonnade, in health facilities and in public spaces related thereto, with the exception of infrastructure, entry, entry, entry, introduction, unloading and operation of motor and non-motor vehicles and other means of transport, with the exception of vehicles of the components of the integrated rescue system and of the municipal police, wheelchairs, medical devices for disabled persons, baby carriages, bicycles and mechanisation for the maintenance and cleaning of such premises are prohibited. The entrance of cyclists is limited to the lane for cyclists, which is marked by the "reserved lane for cyclists." The bicycle lane can also be used by skiers, roller skates, scooters or users of similar sports equipment2).
(2) The entry with animals is prohibited on the spa colonnade, on health facilities and on public spaces related thereto. This prohibition shall not apply to dogs accompanying persons who are blind or disabled and to animals of the components of the integrated rescue system and the municipal police. The person accompanying the animal shall, in order to ensure that the purity is maintained, immediately remove the impurity caused by the animal.
(3) Spa colonnades, health facilities and public spaces related thereto are marked with an informative board with an object designation as well as a text or graphic character showing the respective prohibitions figuratively.
In the inner territory of the spa site, the maintenance and cleaning of public spaces during the summer and winter periods can only be carried out without the use of malfunctioning substances (3).
(1) In the inner territory of the spa is prohibited in public places
(a) the dissemination of sound advertising by means of transport and off-site and from stationary sources;
(b) the dissemination of light advertising dazzling, flashing and otherwise harassing; and
(c) the distribution, offering and other dissemination of advertising leaflets.
(2) It is possible to place posters, flyers and other advertising media in the inner territory of the spa site only on advertising and advertising facilities and advertising buildings which are located in areas and places designated under the building law.
(3) It is forbidden to feed stray and wild animals in the inner territory of the spa area.
(4) It is prohibited to keep livestock and animals requiring special care in the internal territory of the spa.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.

Definition of the internal territory of the spa site Lednice
The internal territory of the spa place of the village of Lednice is defined by a border which is situated on the cadastral territory of Lednice in Moravia from the south corner of the plot no. 2359, the intersection of the road III. tř. no. 41417 Poštorná - Charvátní Nová Ves - Refrigerator and local roads on the plot 2331 / 1, from there it continues to the centre of the village of Lednice on the right side of the road no. 41417 Postal - Charvátský Nová Ves - Refrigerator (north-eastern border of the plot No 1790 and 182) along the border of the plot No 2359 / 1 and 1800 / 2, and further along the western corner of the plot No 1793 / 20. The border of the internal territory shall continue to be north-east along the north-west border of the parcels No 1793 / 20, 1793 / 4, 1793 / 5, 1793 / 6, 1793 / 56, and shall continue along the left-hand side of the asphalt road situated on the plot No 1796 / 1 to the west corner of that parcel. In addition, the border before the local intersection turns and turns back in the eastern direction along the northern edge of the page No 1796 / 1, 1797 / 1, 1797 / 10, northwest edge of the page No 1797 / 13, 1797 / 12, north-east border No 1799 / 1, along the south-west and south-southeast border No 1800 / 1, from whose north peak exceeds the direct direction of parcel No 2358 / 1, turns northwest and then north-east towards the border No 2356 / 1 from its north-eastern border No 1800 / 1 and then along the northeast border No 2356 / 2. In the place where the border of plot No 2356 / 2 breaks to the south, the border of the internal territory continues in a direct direction towards northern peak No 2361. Following the north-east border of p. 2361, the border of the internal territory goes to the Lednice water plant, where it continues along the border of the area to the east-east corner of p. 2361, where it turns southwest and along the south-east edge of this parcel continues to the starting point, i.e. to the intersection of road No 41417 with the local road at p. 2331 / 1.
The plot numbers are established with the status of the cadastral on 1 August 2016.
