COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 5 June 2007
declaring an amount equivalent to 50% of the average monthly wage in the national economy for the purposes of life and existence minima and 50% and 25% of the average monthly wage in the national economy for the purposes of State social assistance
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs declares that as from 1 July 2007,
(a) § 8 (2) of Act No. 110 / 2006 Coll., on Life and Existence Minimal, equivalent to 50% of the average monthly wage in the national economy for 2006 to CZK 10 100,
b) § 5 paragraphs 6 and 7 of Act No. 117 / 1995 Coll., on State Social Support, as amended by Act No. 453 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 124 / 2005 Coll., the amount corresponding to
1.50% of the average monthly wage in the national economy for 2006 amount of CZK 10 100,
2.25% of the average monthly wage in the national economy for 2006 amount of CZK 5,000.
