establishing the format and structure of the data report by which sport organisations and aid applicants enter data in the register for the management of data on sports organisations, sports organisations, coaches and sports facilities
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 3a (9) of Act No. 115 / 2001 Coll., on the Support of Sport, as amended by Act No. 230 / 2016 Coll., hereinafter referred to as "the Act ':
Subject matter
This decree regulates the format and structure of the data reports through which the sports organisations applying for support from the state budget and the aid applicant from the state budget enter data in the register according to the law.
Data message format and structure
(1) Sports organisations applying for support from the State Budget shall enter in the register the data referred to in Article 3a (3) (a) and (b) of the Act by means of the Internet application of the register.
(2) Sports organisations applying for support from the State Budget shall register the data referred to in Article 3a (3) (c) to (h) of the Act in the CSV format through or directly through the Internet application of the register.
(3) An applicant for State Budget support pursuant to § 6b or 6c of the Act, which does not register the data referred to in paragraph 1, shall register the data referred to in § 3a (3) (h) of the Act through the Internet application of the Register.
(4) The data referred to in paragraph 2, recorded in CSV format, shall be recorded by sports organisations applying for support from the State Budget in the form of a list of the required data separated by a semicolon, without spaces in the text before and after the semicolon, in the order resulting from the register's operational documentation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2018.
