ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 26 March 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No 194 of 12 March 2020 by which the Government, in accordance with Article 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, issued emergency measures for the purposes of Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and amending certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of crisis measures, by virtue of the provisions of § 5 (c) and § 6 (1) (b) of the Crisis Act.
Government
I. takes note of the exception granted by the Minister of the Interior to the Government Resolution of 12 March 2020 No 198 and of 13 March 2020 No 203 for cross-border workers working in health, social services and components of the integrated rescue system;
II.
1. the persons referred to in paragraph I of this resolution shall continue to be subject to the obligations of Government Resolution of 18 March 2020 No 247 (stricter restrictions on movement within the territory of the Czech Republic, prohibition of residence without respiratory protection);
2. The persons referred to in paragraph I. of this resolution shall no longer be subject to the obligations of Government Resolution of 19 March 2020 No 267 (cross-border worker's book) and Government Resolution of 23 March 2020 No 281 (System 3 + 2, mandatory quarantine upon arrival).
