ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 15 March 2021
on the amendment of the crisis measure published under No 112 / 2021 Coll.
Following the Government Resolution No. 196 of 26 February 2021 by which the Government, in accordance with Article 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency in accordance with Article 5 and Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and amending certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, to take emergency measures within the meaning of § 6 (1) (b) and § 2 (e) of the Crisis Act.
The Government shall amend, with effect from 16 March 2021 at 00: 00, the Government Resolution of 26 February 2021 No 212, published under No 112 / 2021 Coll., so that in point I / 1 the words "- employees of the Czech Post, p.," shall be inserted after the words "- mayors of the municipality."
They shall:
Minister for Education, Youth and Sports,
regional governors and mayor of the capital city of Prague,
designated school or school establishment,
Establishers of designated schools and schools
