DECLARATION
of 10 January 2020
amending Decree No 225 / 2013 Coll., laying down models of forms and languages of the Member States of the European Union used in cross-border cases to provide financial assistance to victims of crime
According to § 49 (a) to (e) of Act No. 45 / 2013 Coll., on Victims of Crime and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on Victims of Crime):
In Annex No 1 to Decree No 225 / 2013 Coll., which sets out the models of forms and languages of the Member States of the European Union used in cross-border cases of the provision of monetary assistance to victims of criminal offences, the words "I declare that I am entitled to cash assistance or similar claim to compensation for damage caused by a criminal offence 'and the words" Paragraph 21 (1) (c) of Act No 200 / 1990 Coll., on infringements, as amended,' shall be replaced by the words "Paragraph 2 (2) (a) or (b) of Act No 251 / 2016 Coll. ';
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 July 2020.
