declaring business rules
The Ministry of Internal Trade provides pursuant to § 1 and 2 of Act No. 160 / 1949 Coll., on Internal Trade:
Establishment of shops and premises
(1) When approving the deployment of shops and premises, the local (urban) national committee may lay down requirements for the basic range and technical equipment.
(2) Specific regulations apply for the approval of operations on the hygienic, safety, fire and construction aspects.
Obligations of the organisation in business
(1) The organisation is required to indicate the sales place (establishment, stand or, where applicable, the sales facility) by the trade name and to indicate at the entrance or door the exact name and address of the management organisation, the name of the manager responsible, the time of sale and, if a public catering establishment (accommodation), the price group.
Stable, outpatient and other occasional sales
In the course of commercial activities on markets, stalls, vending machines and ambulances, market regulations and other generally binding regulations issued by the relevant local (urban) national committee shall be governed by the organisation of the market.
Sales of goods to citizens
(1) Citizens may sell agricultural products from their own crop and animal production, except as otherwise provided in specific regulations *), as well as forest fruits.
(2) After domestic goods produced or processed, citizens may sell, on the basis of the permission of the local (urban) national committee, the conditions and scope of the sale. This authorisation shall apply to the local (urban) national committee which issued it.
(3) Brokerage and door-to-door trade are not permitted.
Supervision of the District National Committee
In their supervisory activities, the Regional National Committees shall carry out analyses of the trade networks and supervise the granting of authorisations pursuant to Article 6 (2).
Final provisions
(1) The following shall be deleted:
Decree No 125 / 1959 of the Ú. l., which lays down the basic rules for the work of shops;
Decree No 203 / 1959 of the Ú. l., which lays down the basic rules for the work of public catering establishments;
Decree No 144 / 1952 Ú. l. (188 / 1952 Ú. v.) on the extension of the sale of goods:
Decree No 378 / 1952 Ú. l. (11 / 1953 Ú. v.), on net weighing and weighing techniques;
Decree No 221 / 1953 Ú. l. (254 / 1953 Ú. v.), prohibiting the closure of retail stores and joint catering establishments on grounds of employee leave;
Decree No 202 / 1957 of the Ú. l., on the arrangements for the supply and collection of consumer goods;
Decree No 379 / 1952 Ú. l. (12 / 1953 Ú. v.) laying down standards for mank food goods in wholesale trade resulting from natural loss;
Decree No 381 / 1952 Ú. l. (14 / 1953 Ú. v.) laying down standards for mank food goods in glass containers in wholesale, warehouse, retail and mass caterers;
Decree No. 382 / 1952 Ú. l. (15 / 1953 Ú. v.) laying down standards for mank chemical goods in wholesale trade resulting from natural loss;
Decree No 384 / 1952 Ú. l. (17 / 1953 Ú. v.) laying down mank standards for glass, porcelain, ceramics or pottery in wholesale;
Decree No 386 / 1952 Ú. l. (19 / 1953 Ú. v.) on the method of recognition of manks;
Decree No 210 / 1954 Ú. l. (234 / 1954 Ú. v.) laying down standards of manks resulting from natural loss of solid coal fuels and fuel wood;
Decree No. 189 / 1964 Coll., on standards of non-guilty manks in internal trade organisations.
(2) This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
