ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 23 March 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No 194 of 12 March 2020 by which the Government, in accordance with Article 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, issued emergency measures for the purposes of Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and amending certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of crisis measures, by virtue of the provisions of § 5 (c) and § 6 (1) (b) of the Crisis Act.
Government
I. provides that the derogation from Government Decisions No 198 of 12 March 2020 and No 203 of 12 March 2020 for cross-border workers at the border with the Republic of Austria and the Federal Republic of Germany concerns only persons travelling for more than 21 calendar days;
II. Orders with effect from 26 March, 00: 00 hours
1. to all persons referred to in point I. of this resolution to notify this fact immediately after their return to the Czech Republic, by telephone or other remote means, to their registered health service provider in the field of general practical medicine or practical medicine for children and adolescents, or, if they do not have a registered provider, to any provider in general practical medicine or practical medicine for children and adolescents,
2. to all providers of health services in the field of general practical medicine or practical medicine for children and adolescents to decide on quarantine under § 2 (7) (a) of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll. for 14 days.
