DECLARATION
of 13 April 2017
amending Decree No. 100 / 1995 Coll., laying down the conditions for the operation, construction and production of designated technical installations and their specification (Order of designated technical installations), as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to § 66 (1) of Act No. 266 / 1994 Coll., on Railways, as amended by Act No. 23 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 103 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 181 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 191 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 194 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 134 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 64 / 2014 Coll. and Act No. 319 / 2016 Coll., for implementation of § 47 (2) and § 48 (1):
Decree No. 100 / 1995 Coll., laying down the conditions for the operation, construction and production of designated technical equipment and their specification (Order of designated technical equipment), as amended by Decree No. 279 / 2000 Coll., Decree No. 352 / 2000 Coll. and Decree No. 210 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 1 (6) (e), the words "and water" shall be inserted after the words "ski."
2. In Section 2 of the introductory part of the provision, the words "and water 'shall be inserted after the word" ski'.
3. in Article 6 (2) (e), the words "and water" shall be inserted after the words "ski."
4. In Annex 1, item 6 of the Transport Equipment:
| „6. | Lyžařské a vodní vleky | provozní revize | 1 rok“. |
5. In Annex 3, item Transport equipment, point 6:
| „6. | Lyžařské a vodní vleky | prohlídka a zkouška | 5 roků“. |
6. Point 5 of Annex 4 reads as follows:
"5. A" person with a higher qualification 'shall be considered as "a person who fulfils the qualifications of a person with a higher qualification and has professional experience in the length of:
(a) at least two years if they have higher education, higher vocational education or full secondary vocational education; or
(b) at least three years if they have a secondary vocational education;
of which at least one year on electrical equipment of the relevant type and voltage and its knowledge have been verified by a test provided by the electrical equipment operator. The Commission before which this test is carried out shall have three members, with at least one member of the Commission being qualified at the level of a person with a higher qualification for the management or operation of electrical equipment of the type and voltage concerned. ';
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 May 2017.
