ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 23 March 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution 194 of 12 March 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status for the territory of the Czech Republic because of a health threat related to the detection of coronavirus / referred to as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic and, within the meaning of § 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on crisis management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of a crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures, by virtue of § 5 (c) and § 6 (1) (c) of the Crisis Act.
Government with effect from 24 March 2020
I. prohibits all employees engaged in the medical profession under Act No. 95 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising professional competence and specialised competence for the exercise of the medical profession of a physician, dental practitioner and pharmacist, as amended, and under Act No. 96 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognition of fitness for the exercise of non-medical medical medical professions and for the exercise of activities related to the provision of medical care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Law on non-medical medical medical professions), as amended, the drawing of leave during an emergency period, except for persons ordered by quarantine.
II. Repeals the Government Resolution of 15 March 2020 No 216.
