The Ministry of Health, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, announces that on 4 December 2009 it issued a price regulation 1 / 2010 / DZP on the regulation of health care prices, maximum prices of dental care for dental practitioners covered by health insurance and dental products fully covered by public health insurance and specific health performance. The price regulation is published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin No. 9 / 2009 of 18 December 2009 and became effective on 1 January 2010.
