On 11 April 2023, the Constitutional Court decided under sp. zn.
as follows:
Article 5 (4) of the Ordinary Order of the City of Králová Lípa No 2 / 2021, on the local charge for municipal waste management system, shall be deleted from the date of the declaration of the finding in the Collection of Laws.
