amending Federal Ministry of Interior Decree No. 99 / 1989 Coll., on road traffic rules (road traffic rules), as amended by Decree No. 24 / 1990 Coll.
According to Article 16 (1) (a) of Government Decree No. 54 / 1953 Coll., on road traffic, as amended by the legal measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 13 / 1956 Coll.:
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of Interior No 99 / 1989 Coll., on road traffic rules (road traffic rules), as amended by Decree of the Federal Ministry of Interior No 24 / 1990 Coll., is amended as follows:
Paragraph 34 (1), (2) and (3) read as follows:
"(1) Motorway, road for motor vehicles, first class road and road for international traffic shall be prohibited for motor vehicles with a total mass exceeding 7500 kg and for lorries with trailers
(a) on Sundays and other working days 12a) between 0.00 and 22.00,
(b) on Saturday, from 1 July to 31 August, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
(2) In the period from 15 April to 30 September, the road I. class and the road for international operations outside the municipality shall be prohibited for special motor vehicles, coated vehicles and hand trucks of a total width of more than 600 mm.
(a) on the last working day before Saturday or working day between 15.00 and 21.00,
(b) on the first day of work and on Saturday, if followed by a working day, between 7 and 11 p.m.;
(c) on the last day of work between 15.00 and 21.00.
(3) The driving ban provided for in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not apply to buses, residential cars, vehicles of the armed forces and armed security forces, and to vehicles used for the necessary agricultural seasonal transport, the transport of perishable goods, the transport of livestock, the loading and unloading of ships or railway wagons, as well as to natural disasters. ';
Paragraphs 3 and 4 shall be renumbered paragraphs 4 and 5.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
