on the issue of a price decision
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that, pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment to Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, and pursuant to Article 1 (3), § 6 and 12 of Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll., on Supported Energy Sources and on the Amendment to Certain Laws, as amended, has been adopted by Decision No 2 / 2017 of 29 March 2017 amending ERO 5 / 2016, amending the ERO Price Decision No 5 / 2016 on Support for Supported Energy Sources, as amended by Decision No 9 / 2016 and No 11 / 2016.
According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published Price Decision No 2 / 2017 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 29 March 2017, amounting to 3. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
