on the extension of the commitment of Appendix 1 to the Collective Higher Level Contract
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court Act No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., announces that Appendix 1 to the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree for 2013 - 2016, concluded on 2 April 2014 between the Union of the Construction of the Czech Republic, the Union of Transport Workers, the Road Economy and the Automobile Industry of the Czech Republic and Moravia and the Association of Entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic, is binding with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this Notice, 23.9, 41, and 43.
The content of Appendix 1 to the Collective contract of higher degree can be found at the regional branches of the Czech Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
