THE LAW
of 25 March 1993
amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 301 / 1992 Coll., on the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act of the Czech National Council No. 301 / 1992 Coll., on the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic, is amended as follows:
Article 1 (2) (3) reads as follows:
"(3) Comoros are associations of entrepreneurs (legal and natural persons) 1) accepted for their members."
Note 1) below:
"1) § 2 (2) (a), (b), (d) of the Commercial Code. '
2. in Article 3 (5), reference 1) to the footnote for the word "law" shall be numbered 2). footnote 1) shall be numbered 2).
3. in Paragraph 4 (1) (b), reference (2) to the footnote for the word "rules" shall be renumbered 3). Footnote 2) shall be numbered 3).
4. In Article 5 (1), the word "chambers' is replaced by" may be '. The figure "3)' in the footnote reference for" activity 'is replaced by "1)' and footnote 3 is deleted.
5. In Paragraph 5 (2), "may be 'is replaced by" may be' after the word "chambers'.
6. Article 5 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The membership of chamber entrepreneurs is voluntary. At the request of the entrepreneur in writing, the Board of Directors of the District Chamber or the Commonwealth shall decide on the admission. The rights and obligations of a member shall arise from the date of entry on the list of members. ';
7. Article 5 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) Membership in the Chamber shall cease on the date of deletion from the list of members of the chambers on the basis of:
(a) the cessation of a business authorisation;
(b) death;
(c) the disappearance of a legal person;
(d) notice of withdrawal,
(e) exclusion from the chamber. ';
8. Paragraph 5 (5) to (8) shall be deleted.
9. in Article 8 (3), the following point (i) is inserted after point (h):
"(i) decide on an appeal against a decision not to accept or exclude a member of the chamber;"
Point (i) shall be renumbered as point (j).
10. in Article 9 (4) (b), the words "with members of the Chamber referred to in Article 5 (6)" shall be deleted;
11. Article 21 is deleted.
Transitional provision
Membership in the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic, which was established on 1 July 1992, expires three months after the date of entry into force of the Act of the Czech National Council No 301 / 1992 Coll., on the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic, unless those persons notify the Board of the District Chamber of their remaining members on that date.
This Law shall take effect on 1 May 1993.
