on employment relations in the private business of citizens
The Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic orders according to § 269 paragraph 2 of the Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 188 / 1988 Coll. (full version No. 52 / 1989 Coll.):
INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
§ 1
The Labour Code (hereinafter referred to as "the Code ') shall apply to labour relations arising from the private business of citizens, unless otherwise provided for in this Regulation.
§ 2
(2) For the purposes of this Regulation, a citizen who is entitled to do business under the Special Regulation (3) (hereinafter referred to as "the entrepreneur") shall be entitled to do so.
§ 3
Where a trade union is involved in a business, the provisions of the Code governing the competence of trade unions shall apply to labour relations.
DESTROYMENT
§ 4
The following provisions of the Code shall not apply to employment relations between the entrepreneur and the worker: § 9 (4), § 26, § 27 (1), (3), (4) and (5), § 35 (3), § 65, 68, § 74 (b), (e) and (g), § 85, 140, § 176 (4), § 185 (1), § 2, part of the sentence after the semicolon and paragraph 5, second sentence, § 186, 227, § 249 to 251 and § 269 (1).
§ 8
If the nature of the work or the conditions of the operation does not allow working time to be spread evenly over each week, the entrepreneur may agree to the layout of the working time unevenly, or under the conditions laid down in the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic (4) (§ 92 (3) (b) of the Code), by way of derogation, a continuous rest in the week; the average working time shall not exceed the limit fixed for the weekly working time during a specific period, usually four weeks or throughout the calendar year.
§ 14
The entrepreneur may provide the workers with meals and suitable drinks directly at or near the workplace; In doing so, it may provide workers with a contribution of up to 10 CZK per day. The diet according to the previous sentence must correspond to the principles of good nutrition.
§ 17
Transfer of rights and obligations from employment relations
The death of a businessman is passed on to his heir to the rights and obligations of employment relations. 7)
§ 18
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1990.
