DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 345 / 2002 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Coll., laying down measuring instruments for compulsory verification and measuring instruments subject to type approval, as amended
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to Section 27 of Act No. 505 / 1990 Coll., on Metrology, as amended by Act No. 119 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 137 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 85 / 2015 Coll., for implementation of Section 9 (8) of the Act:
Decree No 345 / 2002 Coll., laying down measuring instruments for compulsory verification and measuring instruments subject to type approval, as amended by Decree No 65 / 2006 Coll., Decree No 259 / 2007 Coll., Decree No 204 / 2010 Coll. and Decree No 285 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. The following Section 2a is inserted after Section 2, including the title:
Extension of the validation period
The types of measuring instruments for which the validation period can be extended on the basis of the positive result of the statistical selection test are set out in the Annex. ';
2. in the Annex under 1.3.9 (d):
| „d) objemové vodoměry | 6 roků*) | |
*) On the basis of the positive result of the statistical selection test of the specified volume water meter set, the validity period of the water meters shall be extended by 3 years. ';
3. in the Annex to point 1.3.9 (e), the word "only" shall be deleted;
4. In the Annex, point 1.3.10 (a) reads as follows:
| „a) membránová (včetně plynoměrů s teplotní korekcí) | 10 roků*) | |
*) Based on the positive result of the statistical selection test of a specified set of membrane gas meters up to G6, the validity of the verification of gas meters of this set is extended by 4 years. "
5. in the Annex, point 4.1.2 (a) shall read:
| „a) pro měření elektrické energie v přímém zapojení | 16 roků*) | |
*) Based on the positive result of the statistical sample test of the specified set of electrometers, the validity of the verification of the electrometers of this set is extended by 4 years. "
6. in the Annex, point 4.1.3 (a) shall read:
| „a) pro měření elektrické energie v přímém zapojení | 12 roků*) | |
*) Based on the positive result of the statistical sample test of the specified set of electrometers, the validity of the verification of the electrometers of this set is extended by 4 years. "
Transitional provision
The verification of the specified measuring instruments under the existing legislation shall remain valid for the period for which the specified measuring instruments have been verified.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 June 2015.
