amending Decree No. 272 / 2017 Coll., to implement certain provisions of the Act on the collection of selected data for monitoring and management of public finances
According to Article 3 (3) of Act No. 25 / 2017 Coll., the Ministry of Finance provides for the collection of selected data for monitoring and management of public finances:
In Section 3 of Decree No. 272 / 2017 Coll., to implement certain provisions of the Act on the collection of selected data for the purposes of monitoring and management of public finances, the number "400 000 000 'is replaced by" 600 000 000'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the day following that of its publication.
