defining the species of plants listed in the species list, the propagating material of which may be put into circulation as commercial material and its characteristics and control methods
According to Article 32 (1) of Act No. 92 / 1996 Coll., on Varieties, Seeds and Propagating Plants, hereinafter referred to as "the Act", the Ministry of Agriculture provides:
Propagating material of rye, provided that it does not contain more than 12 ergot in a sample of 1 000 grams and otherwise complies with the general requirements laid down by law and implementing legislation for certified propagating material, may be put into circulation as commercial in 2000.
Propagating material of rye must bear a mark from which it is clear to the buyer that it is commercial propagating material under this decree.
The control of the properties of the propagating material of rye shall be carried out in the same way as the control of the properties of the certified propagating material of rye. 1)
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
