amending and supplementing Regulation No. 136 / 1975 of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic on the inclusion of employment in the first and second categories of work for pension purposes
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 12 paragraph 3 of Act No. 121 / 1975 Coll., on Social Security, as amended by Act No. 150 / 1979 Coll.:
The Annex to the Decree of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 136 / 1975 Coll., on the inclusion of employment in the first and second categories of work for pension purposes is amended as follows:
1. Episode I, No 6:
'6. with running metal in the blast furnace production of pig iron and in the production of crude steel and ferroalloys in basic metallurgical production and in the metallurgical production of non-ferrous metals, antimony, aluminium, copper, lead and mercury, '
2. Episode I, No 14:
"14. at the nuclear power plant in the controlled zone of the nuclear reactor behind the sanitary loop and when operating the cyclotron and research reactor, '.
3. Episode I No 18 reads:
"18. in the mining and working of stone, in the grinding and grinding of quartz, quartz and feldspar, in the formation of refractory products, in the treatment of ceramic materials in an environment of high concentration of aggressive fibroplastic dust, in excess of the risk of working silicosis, and in the processing of asbestos (asbestos) mainly by dry means in an environment of high concentration of asbestos dust, in an environment of excessive threat to working asbestos,"
4. the following subparagraph shall be added to Part I:
"19th in the manufacture of phenylmethylpyrazolone,
20. In the manufacture of antiparasitic preparations based on organic phosphorus compounds,
21. In the manufacture of pitch coke,
22. in the production of anode matter. '.
5. In episode II, And no 4 in the fourth subparagraph is deleted after the words "dolomite and asbestos'.
6. A No 6 shall be added to the following subparagraph:
"- plasma welding; '.
7. Part II, item. The following subparagraph shall be added at the end:
"- drivers of motor tankers carrying propane-butane. ';
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March 1980.
