DECLARATION
of 4 April 2017
amending Decree No. 47 / 2005 Coll., on the Termination of Secondary School Education by Final Examination and on the Termination of Education in the Conservatory of Discharge, as amended
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides in accordance with Section 76 of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act):
In § 2 (2) of Decree No. 47 / 2005 Coll., on the termination of secondary school education by the final examination and on the termination of the education in the Conservatory by discharge, as amended by Decree No. 126 / 2011 Coll. and Decree No. 36 / 2014 Coll., the first sentence is deleted.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
