Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 117 / 2015 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll., and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that Appendix 2 to the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree for 2013 - 2016, concluded on 12 February 2015 between the Union of the Construction of the Czech Republic, the Union of Transport Workers, the Road Economy and the Automobile Industry of the Czech Republic, with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this Notice, is also binding on other employers with a dominant activity in the sector identified by codes of classification of economic activities CZ - NACE 08.1.16.23, 23.2, 23.3, 23.6, 23.7, 23.9, 23.9, 42 and 43.
