on the imposition of a collective agreement of a higher degree and two Additional agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreement of higher degree and two Appendices to the collective agreement of higher degree were imposed on it:
1. Collective contract of higher degree for 2014, concluded on 7 January 2014 between the Contracting Parties
Czech Moravian Union of Agricultural Entrepreneurs
and
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers
- Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic.
2. Appendix 1 to the Collective Higher Level Contract for the period from 1 July 2012 - 30 June 2016, concluded on 22 August 2013 between the Contracting Parties
The Bank and Insurance Union
and
Union of money and insurance workers.
3. Appendix 2 to the Collective Higher Level Contract for the period from 1 July 2012 - 30 June 2016, concluded on 31 March 2014 between the Contracting Parties

and
