PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC
of 12 June 2014
on the announcement of elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, to the councils of the municipalities and town districts in the statutory cities and to the council of the capital of Prague and to the councils of its urban areas
I.
Pursuant to Article 63 (1) (f), Article 16 (2) and taking into account Article 17 (1) of Constitutional Act No. 1 / 1993 Coll., Constitution of the Czech Republic, and Article 1 (3) of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws, as amended,
Announcing elections
to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic
in constituencies 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33, 36, 39, 42, 45, 48, 51, 54, 57, 60, 63, 66, 69, 72, 75, 78, 81 and I will set the dates for Friday 10 October and Saturday 11 October 2014.
II.
According to § 3 (1) of Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on the elections to municipal councils and on the amendment of certain laws,

and set their dates for Friday 10 October and Saturday 11 October 2014.
III.
On the basis of Article 123 of Act No. 131 / 2000 Coll., on the Capital City of Prague, and pursuant to § 3 (1) of Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on elections to municipal councils and amending certain laws,

to the council of the capital city of Prague and the councils of its urban areas
and set their dates for Friday 10 October and Saturday 11 October 2014.
