DECLARATION
of 8 March 2005
amending Decree No. 398 / 2001 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Coll., on the setting of fees for the activities of state professional supervision organisations in the conduct of safety oversight of reserved technical equipment
In agreement with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 6a (3) of Act No. 174 / 1968 Coll., on State Professional Labour Safety Supervision, as amended by Act No. 124 / 2000 Coll.:
Decree No. 398 / 2001 Coll., on the setting of fees for the activities of state professional surveillance organisations in the conduct of safety oversight of reserved technical installations, is amended as follows:
1. Point 9 of the Annex reads as follows:
'9. For checking the competence of natural persons for testing, revisions, repairs and assembly of dedicated technical equipment for the other and each other other type, class or group of dedicated technical equipment
(a) in order to extend the scope of the certificate pursuant to § 6a (1) (d) of Act 540 CZK,
(b) after a period of five years from the date of issue of the certificate referred to in Article 6a (1) (d) of Act 540 CZK. "
2. In point 12 of the Annex, the words "including the relevant supplementary test 'are inserted after the words" basic test'.
3. In point 12 (e) of the Annex, the words "passing the test 'are replaced by the words" additional testing'.
4. In point 13 of the Annex, the words "including the relevant supplementary test 'are inserted after the words" basic test'.
5. the following shall be added to point 13 (c) and (d) of the Annex:
"(c) 3rd class boilers 860 CZK,
d) 4th class boilers 650 CZK. "
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
