amending the Law of 12 August 1921, No 304 Coll., on the occupation of buildings or parts thereof for public use.
The Provisional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
Law 304 / 1921 Coll. is amended as follows:
1.
(1) The Regional National Committee, in Slovakia, the body designated by the Sovereign Corps (in the next killing office) may, if not suitable rooms, take up the use of a building or room for public purposes and, if the public interest so requires, also for residential purposes, and for the resettlement of users of buildings or rooms occupied for such purposes.
2.
(3) Excluding:
1. small residential rental houses,
2. the sole permanent residence of the owner in a dimension permissible under the law,
3. Buildings and rooms serving such facilities which cannot be relocated for exceptional medical treatment or for special economic reasons.
3. in Article 2 (3), the words in brackets "(§ 1, paragraph 3, point 1) shall be deleted."
4. In Article 3 (7), the words "to the Ministry of Public Works' shall be replaced by the words" to the Ministry of Transport, - to the Ministry of Transport and Public Works, in Slovakia, to the transport and public works units, if this service is not the self-occupying office, - "in § 4, paragraph 1, the words" Ministry of Public Works' in the words "Ministry of Transport, Slovakia, the transport and public works units' and in § 12 the words" Minister of Public Works' in the words "Minister of Transport '.
5. In Paragraph 4, paragraph 9, the words "the supreme court of the Land (the court of the Land) 'are replaced by the words" the court of the Land (the principal court)'.
6. in Paragraph 4, paragraph 11, the words "and in Podkarpatské Rusi" shall be deleted.
7. In Article 11, the words "Political Office of the I. stools (Administrative Police Chief) and, where there is a State Police Office, by that Office 'are replaced by the words" District National Committee'.
The Minister of Transport is hereby authorised to amend and publish in the Collection of Laws and Regulations the full text of Act No. 304 / 1921 Coll., as is apparent from the amendments made by this Act.
This Law shall take effect on 1 January 1946; to be carried out by the Minister for Transport.
