DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 446 / 2005 Coll., laying down a range of foreigners who may reside in the transit area of an international airport in the Czech Republic only on the basis of an airport visa issued, as amended
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 182 paragraph 1 (b) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 428 / 2005 Coll.:
In Article 2 (1) of Decree No. 446 / 2005 Coll., which provides for a number of foreigners who may reside in the transit area of an international airport within the territory of the Czech Republic only on the basis of an issued airport visa, as amended by Decree No. 356 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 418 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 13 / 2007 Coll. and Decree No. 246 / 2007 Coll., point 36 is replaced by the following point 37:
'37.
Points 37 and 38 shall become paragraphs 38 and 39.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
