DECLARATION
of 2 June 2014
amending Decree No. 165 / 2002 Coll., on separate ventilation in mining activities in continuous mines, as amended by Decree No. 56 / 2007 Coll. and Decree No. 176 / 2011 Coll.
According to § 6 (6) (a) of Act No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and State Mining Administration, the Czech Mining Authority provides:
Decree No. 165 / 2002 Coll., on separate ventilation in mining activities in continuous mines, as amended by Decree No. 56 / 2007 Coll. and No. 176 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Section 8 (2), the words "in the arrangement according to Figure D or Figure D2 'are replaced by the words" in the arrangement according to Figures D, D2 or D3'.
2. In Article 8 (3), the words "or Figure F2 'shall be inserted after the words" in the arrangement referred to in Figure F'.
3. In Paragraph 18, the present text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) A solution other than that provided for in this Order which ensures at least the same level of protection of the safety of persons and property shall be provided in the plan for opening, preparing and capturing, or in the plan for collateral or in the liquidation plan or, where appropriate, in the plan for changing those activities. ';
4. In Annex 2, point 5, figure D:
"5. SEPARATE BREAKDOWN OF COMBINED FOOTING
(WITH THE MAIN BUILDING POOL)

5. In Annex 2, point 5a, Figure D2 is replaced by the following:
"5. AND SEPARATE BREAKDOWN OF COMBINATED PHOTOGRAPHIC (WITH MAIN PHOTOGRAPHICAL BUILDING)

6. In Annex No 2, the following point 5b is inserted after point 5a:

7. In Annex No 2, point 7, Figure F:

This Decree was notified in accordance with Directive 98 / 34 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 June 1998 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations and rules and of rules on information society services, as amended by Directive 98 / 48 / EC.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2014.
