imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 21.3.2013 and 17.4.2013:
1. Collective contract of higher degree for the period from 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2014 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union
and
The Union of Trade and Tourism of the Czech Republic.
2. Collective contract of higher degree for the period from 1 January 2013 - 31 December 2014 concluded on 5 February 2013 between the Contracting Parties
Czech Moravian trade union hospitality, hotels and tourism
and
The Union of Trade and Tourism of the Czech Republic.
3. Collective contract of higher degree for the period from 1 January 2013 - 31 December 2017 concluded on 6 December 2012 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of mining, geology and oil industry workers
and
Employee association of mining and oil industry - Association of Miners of the Czech Republic.
4. Collective contract of higher degree for the period from 1 January 2013 - 31 December 2017 concluded on 21 December 2012 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of energy and mining
and
Employee association of mining and oil industry - Association of Miners of the Czech Republic.
