DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 518 / 2004 Coll., implementing Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs shall determine, pursuant to § 77 (1), § 78 (9), § 81 (6) and § 119 (6) of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended by Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 479 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 382 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 367 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 206 / 2017 Coll., Act No. 327 / 2017 Coll., Act No. 470 / 2024 Coll. and Act No. 360 / 2025 Coll., ("Act '):
Decree No. 518 / 2004 Coll., implementing Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended by Decree No. 507 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 452 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 390 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 340 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 101 / 2016 Coll., Decree No. 444 / 2017 Coll., Decree No. 441 / 2021 Coll. and Decree No. 473 / 2024 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In the introductory sentence, "5 'is replaced by" 6', "4 'is replaced by" 4' and "and § 130 'is deleted.
2. in Paragraph 8 (1) (b) (1), "or" shall be replaced by a comma.
3. In Paragraph 8 (1) (c) (1), the word "or 'is deleted.
4. In Article 8 (1) (d) (4), the word "or 'is replaced by a comma.
5. In Article 8 (2), the words "Article 78a of the Law 'are replaced by the words" Articles 78a to 78e of the Law'.
6. In Part Three, the reference is:
"(K § 78 (9) of the Act) '.
7. In Article 11 (2) (d), the words "or, in accordance with Article 192 (1), part of the sentence of the second sentence, after the semicolon of the Labour Code, it is not for him to pay or pay compensation 'are deleted.
8. In Article 15 (2) (d), the words "or, in accordance with Article 192 (1), part of the sentence of the second sentence after the semicolon of the Labour Code, it is not for him to pay or pay compensation 'are deleted.

Transitional provision
1. The form and method of granting the contribution under the agreement to grant a contribution to the creation of a job in the context of public service activities or under the agreement to grant a contribution to a socially efficient post reserved by the employer to a particular candidate for employment, concluded before the date of entry into force of this decree, shall be governed by Decree No. 518 / 2004 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this decree.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2026.
