The Ministry of Health, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of the Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, indicates that on 10 December 2019, Price Regulation 1 / 2020 / CAU on the regulation of the prices of medicinal products and foodstuffs for special medical purposes, Price Regulation 2 / 2020 / CAU on the regulation of the prices of health services provided, the setting of maximum prices of health services provided by dental practitioners covered by public health insurance and specific health performance, and Price Regulation 3 / 2020 / CAU on the regulation of the prices of individually prepared medicinal products containing cannabis for therapeutic use.
The price regulations were published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin of 20 December 2019 and became effective on 1 January 2020.
