DECLARATION
Ministry of Education
of 2 January 1968
amending and supplementing Decree No. 111 / 1965 of the Ministry of Education and Culture Coll., on the final apprenticeship examinations
The Ministry of Education provides in agreement with the participating central authorities and the Central Council of Trade Unions according to § 228 (4) of the Labour Code No. 65 / 1965 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 111 / 1965 Coll., on the final apprenticeship examinations, is amended as follows:
1. in paragraph 1 (b), the following sentence is added after the first sentence:
"The examination of the professional subjects of the school concerned shall not be carried out by staff with a secondary vocational or full secondary vocational education of the same or related field. ';
2. in paragraph 1 (b), the following sentence is added after the second sentence:
"Workers who have suspended the study of the same or related field in a secondary vocational school shall be counted for 1 year in the period of the required practice if they have suspended the study after the successful completion of the 2nd year, 2 years after the successful completion of the 3rd year and 3 years after the successful completion of the fourth year. '
Article 3 (2) (4) reads as follows:
"(4) Tests on professional subjects shall be carried out by staff from 1 February to 30 April. The final apprenticeship examinations shall be carried out by apprentices or staff from 16 June to 31 August. For graduates of secondary education in school with 1 1 / 2 years of teaching time, the date of the final apprenticeship examinations shall be determined by the Regional National Committees. Corrective examinations of professional subjects shall be carried out by staff from 1 October to 31 October. The final examinations shall be carried out by apprentices or staff from 1 November to 31 December. '
4. in paragraph 2, after the first sentence, the following sentence shall be added:
"A representative of the agricultural organisation shall also be a member of the examination committee for agricultural training centres administered by the national committees and in this case the committee shall be five members. '
Article 5 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) In the final evaluation, the examination committee has a teaching contract, an apprenticeship book, a certificate for all the years of the course, a comprehensive evaluation of the apprenticeship over the whole period of the course (focused mainly on the period of professional development), documentary evidence of the written, practical and oral examination, a checklist on the final apprenticeship examination and a report on the final apprenticeship examinations. In the case of staff, the examination board shall also have a working report from the previous place of work, a report of the examination of professional subjects, a report of all the years of the school concerned, or a report of the final year of the secondary vocational or secondary general school (diploma). '

"(a) served with honours,
if the practical examination gives an excellent mark and the written or oral examination gives one excellent mark and the other at least commendable; and
- the apprentice does not, according to the last assessment of vocational training and all compulsory general education and vocational subjects *) have a mark of any subject which is less than commendable and the average benefit of up to 1,5;
- the worker does not have a mark worse than the praiseworthy and the average benefit of 1,5 or less in his certificate of examination from any subject; the staff referred to in Article 2 (1) (c) and (d) shall also be included in the last evaluation of the other professional subjects of the field concerned; *)
(b) has benefited very well,
if the written, practical and oral examination gives at least a sign of praise; and
- the apprentice does not, according to the latest assessment of vocational training and all compulsory general education and vocational subjects * *), have a mark of any subject worse than good and average benefit of at least 2,5;
- the worker does not have a grade worse than the good and average benefit of at least 2.5 in his certificate of examination from any subject; the staff referred to in § 2 (1) (c) and (d) shall also be included in the last evaluation of the other professional subjects of the field concerned. *) '
(7) Paragraph 6 shall be added in paragraph 4 of the following text:
"(4) The examination committee shall recommend that those who have passed the final apprenticeship examination have been assigned to higher qualification classes than the others. '
8.
"(5) The apprentices, staff and members of the Examination Board are entitled to reimbursement of travel and other expenses under the relevant rules. * * *) '
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
