DECLARATION
Minister for Heavy Engineering
of 10 January 1961
on the formalities to be provided for staff recruited by the national committees
The Ministry of Heavy Engineering, in agreement with the State Planning Commission, the Ministry of Finance and the Central Committee of the Engineering Workers' Union, provides, pursuant to Article 18 of Decree No. 92 / 1958 Coll., implementing Act No. 70 / 1958 Coll., on the tasks of undertakings and national committees in the labour management sector:
For staff recruited under § § 10 to 19 of Decree No. 92 / 1958 Coll. of the National Committees for Heavy Engineering Enterprises, Decree No. 57 / 1959 of the Ú. l., on the formalities to be provided to workers recruited by the Labour Union, Health and Social Security of District National Committees.
After 1 January 1961, the staff recruited by the national committees for heavy machinery undertakings shall be contracted by the district national committees or, where appropriate, under their authority, by local and urban national committees under the conditions set out in the Annex to this Decree and in the model contract annexed to Order No 57 / 1959 Úl.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

Determination of the amount of formalities and details of the conditions for their admission to employment for workers in heavy machinery undertakings
A. Recruitment
1. Workers who are entitled to a recruitment allowance and are engaged in employment in heavy machinery undertakings in other regions (Section 4 (1) of Decree No 57 / 1959 U. l.) shall receive a recruitment allowance:
(a) upon conclusion of a contract of employment for an unlimited period or for at least three years,

(b) when a contract of employment is concluded for a period of less than three years but for at least one year of:
Kčs 300, - on a one-time basis when starting a job.
Undertakings in which the recruitment allowance will be granted to personnel obtained by the national committees or, where appropriate, workers who will extend their commitments by at least one year in agreement with the undertakings, shall provide for the Ministry of Heavy Engineering in agreement with the State Planning Commission and the Ministry of Finance separately.
2. Workers who take up employment in heavy machinery enterprises within the region (Section 4 (2) of Decree No 57 / 1959 Ú. l.) are not entitled to this recruitment allowance.
B. Processing allowance
Workers who take up employment in heavy machinery undertakings shall receive an entry allowance,

C. Reimbursement of the fare on the trip to visit the family
The spouses and their counterparts, who enter into a contract of employment for at least three years or for permanent duration, shall be granted every four weeks for the period of separation from the family to replace the proven fare to and from the place of residence of the family.
