ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 19 March 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution 194 of 12 March 2020 by which the Government, in accordance with Article 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status for the territory of the Czech Republic because of a health threat related to the detection of coronavirus / referred to as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic and pursuant to Article 6 (2) (g) of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on crisis management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended.
Government
I. approves the financial contribution for self-employed persons (hereinafter referred to as "self-employed persons") - nursing care;
II. Saves
1. to the Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister of Industry and Trade and the Minister of Transport to provide a financial contribution to the nursing allowance for the EEAS pursuant to paragraph I of this resolution, provided that no other person draws on the same child / children,
2. to the municipal trade offices, receive and transmit to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, without delay, applications for a financial contribution to the self-service fee referred to in point I of this resolution;
III. Instructs the Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister for Industry and Trade and the Minister for Transport to amend the terms, time of implementation and the amount of the financial contribution referred to in paragraph I of this resolution.
