amending and supplementing Decree of the Ministry of Health No 57 / 1997 Coll.
According to § 15 (5) of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance and on the amendment and addition of certain related laws, the Ministry of Health provides for:

Decree of the Ministry of Health No 57 / 1997 Coll., which sets out the medicinal products fully covered by the health insurance and the amount of the payments of the individual active substances, is amended as follows:
Annex No 2 to Decree No. 57 / 1997 Coll., Section B, which lists the medicinal products fully covered by the health insurance and the amount of the payments of the individual active substances, is amended as follows:
1. In row 2.1, the following entry is deleted:
