THE LAW

of 25 May 1995

amending and supplementing Act No. 319 / 1993 Coll., on rent allowance

Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

Čl. I

Act No. 319 / 1993 Coll., on rent allowance, is amended as follows:

1. in Paragraph 2, the following paragraph 2 is inserted after paragraph 1, including footnote 14:

"(2) A new tenant of an apartment shall also be regarded as a lessee in accordance with paragraph 1 (a), who shall not be a lessee of rent under a special provision after 30 June 1995. 14)

14) Paragraph 2 (2) of Decree No. 176 / 1993 of the Ministry of Finance Coll., on the rental of the apartment and the payment for the supply provided with the use of the apartment, as amended by Decree No. 30 / 1995 Coll. '

Paragraphs 2 to 7 shall be renumbered paragraphs 3 to 8.

2. In Article 2 (6), "paragraphs 1 and 2 'are replaced by" paragraphs 1 to 3'.

3. In Paragraph 2 (7), "paragraph 3 (a) 'is replaced by" paragraph 4 (a)'.

4. In Article 6 (1), the following is inserted after the words "Article 2 (1) (a) ':" and in Article 2 (2)'.

5. In Section 6, paragraph 3, the amount "170 CZK" is replaced by "200 CZK," the amount "210 CZK" by "260 CZK" and the amount "250 CZK" by "350 CZK."

6. In Article 7, the following shall be inserted after "Article 2 (1) (a) ':" and in Article 2 (2)'.

7. In Paragraph 8 (1), the amount "85 CZK" is replaced by "100 CZK," the amount "105 CZK" by "130 CZK" and the amount "125 CZK" by "175 CZK."

8. in Article 11 (1) (f), the following shall be inserted after the words "Article 2 (1) (a)": "and in Article 2 (2)."

9. Annexes 1 and 2 shall read as follows:
